Marco Benavides is a Disabled Veteran, Entrepreneur, Visionary, and Philanthropist with a background marked by humble origins – born in Tijuana, Mexico, and raised in Los Angeles, California. Throughout his life, he has shown resilience and faith despite challenges in his family dynamic. Raised by hardworking parents from Guadalajara and Chihuahua, Mexico, he experienced feelings of emotional abandonment from his father, which impacted his spiritual beliefs. Following high school, he briefly attended college before enlisting in the Army due to financial constraints hindering his educational pursuits. Despite not obtaining a formal degree, Marco succeeded in various career paths, such as Accounting, Sales, and Recruiting, during the initial stages of his professional journey. The 2009 recession was a humbling experience that reinforced his faith and instilled lessons on generosity.

A significant shift occurred in Marco’s life when his fixation on wealth led to depression, prompting him to seek solace through prayer. The passing of his best friend from cancer in 2004 caused him to reflect on his life’s purpose deeply. In 2010, he received diagnoses of PTSD and bipolar disorder which altered the course of his life significantly. Struggling with guilt and strained relationships due to severe mood swings, Marco embarked on a journey of self-discovery, seeking spiritual enlightenment that ultimately resulted in personal growth and restored connections with loved ones. Currently, Marco places emphasis on faith and family above all else, embodying themes of redemption and personal development.
